CONCRETE CASTING
- Pouring & Leveling with Laser, the Concrete has to be poured continuously in one direction. A specialized worker lays an appropriate amount of concrete into required areas using a rotating laser, which precisely indicates & measures the amount of concrete that is required to be poured.
- Leveling Points, the leveling points even out the areas onto which
the concrete was poured with the aid of the rotating laser. - Surface vibrator, vibrate the concrete from the surface at the time when screeding (striking off) of the concrete is carried out. They are effective only if depth of concrete is up to 20 cm. If the depth is more, they can be used in combination with internal vibrators. They are used for long horizontal surfaces such as pavements & slabs.
- Ride on trowel, Heavy & controlled by certified operator using steel floating disk for flatting the surface & steel blade for finishing the surface.
- Cutting construction joints, cutting construction joints 1/3 of the screed thickness to control cracks effect if found.
